Kentucky's public television network will turn its attention to western Kentucky this weekend leading up to the Fancy Farm Picnic on Saturday.
The nightly news magazine Kentucky Edition will feature a special slate of stories from Paducah and Graves County starting Thursday.
The topics will include Paducah’s first decade one of 9 UNESCO Creative Cities; the National Quilt Museum, and a look back at the history of the Fancy Farm Picnic.
The program will host its broadcast from downtown Paducah on Thursday, and from the Fancy Farm grounds on Friday.
Kentucky Edition airs at 5:30 pm on KET and at 10 pm on KET2.
