WKDZ reports that Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Elisha Ellis of Trigg County stated she was on Country Club Lane when the 13-year-old juvenile turned left into her path.
The juvenile was taken to Tennova Health in Clarksville for treatment of injuries.
Ellis and two passengers in her vehicle were reportedly not injured in the crash.
