A traffic stop along I-24 in McCracken County nabbed a fugitive from Oklahoma.

The stop happened at about 8:45 a.m. on Sunday in the reduced-speed zone between the 7 and 4-mile markers. McCracken County Sheriff's deputies clocked a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Jared Worden at 84 miles per hour in the 55-mile-per-hour zone. A computer check found that Worden was wanted in Oklahoma.

Worden was arrested on the felony warrant and was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail to await extradition.
