A Missouri man was arrested following a traffic stop Tuesday morning on Interstate 24 west.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said Paducah 911 received calls just after 10 am that a male and female were involved in a physical altercation and the female was trying to jump out of the vehicle.

The vehicle was then observed by deputies travelling at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner near the seven mile marker on I-24 West.  Deputies observed the passenger front door open while the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed.

A traffic stop was then conducted and the driver was identified as 27-year-old Skylar Issacs.  It was revealed the female passenger owned the vehicle and after an argument, she asked to be let out.

Issacs was charged with reckless driving, operating on a suspended license and unlawful imprisonment.  He was lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center.
