After receiving enough rain since Monday, some western Kentucky counties have been able to lift their bans on outdoor burning that have been in place for the past few weeks.

On Monday, Ballard County Judge-executive Todd Cooper said the county has gotten an inch of consecutive rains and the ban is no longer needed.

On Monday, Judge-executive Kenny Wilson did the same for Hickman County.

Judge-executive Jesse Perry lifted the outdoor burning ban on Tuesday in Graves County.
