Gilbertsville man arrested on numerous charges

A Gilbertsville man was arrested at his residence Tuesday.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 38-year-old James Hardy was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Marshall Circuit Court for failure to appear.

During the arrest deputies discovered a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on  Hardy.  He was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
