A Georgia man has been extradited to Kentucky so he can face charges stemming from a crash that injured several in November.

A Lyon County deputy traveled to Georgia to serve the indictment warrant on 43-year-old Robert Fredianelli. Fredianelli is charged with aggravated DUI and assault after injuring three others and himself in the crash on November 1st, 2024. He is now being held in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

In the crash, Fredianelli is accused of being under the influence of intoxicating substances when he reportedly crossed the center line of US 62 near Suwanee and hit an SUV with three people in it head-on. In addition to Fredianelli, 37-year-old Leigh A. Oliver of Corydon and her two passengers 36-year-old Leslie M. Powell and 37-year-old Kendi M. Martin of Waverly were seriously injured.
