General manager named for Paducah Sports Park

Following a detailed national search, the McCracken County Sports Tourism Commission, in collaboration with The Sports Facilities Companies announced Wednesday Chas Heeren as the
General Manager of the upcoming Paducah Sports Park. 

With her financial acumen and extensive experience, she is set to lead this state-of-the-art complex, slated for completion in the fall of 2025.

Heeren, who previously served as SFC's Regional Finance Manager, will bring over 28 years of finance experience to Paducah. 

The 123-acre Paducah Sports Park, located on the former sites of Bluegrass Downs and Stuart Nelson Park, will offera variety of sports, including baseball, softball, soccer, and football. The venue plans to host high-caliber tournaments,leagues, and community programs.
