Flock alert leads to stolen motorcycle recovery

A man was arrested after a Flock camera alerted Paducah Police officers to the location of a stolen motorcycle.

An officer located a stolen Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle on Park Avenue near County Park Road reportedly being operated by Joey Todd. During the investigation, officers found a vehicle identification number (VIN) that
appeared to be altered. The altered VIN did not match the Honda motorcycle. 

Todd reportedly told officers he recently purchased the motorcycle, but was unable to provide proof of the purchase. The motorcycle was reported stolen to the police three days prior to officers talking to Todd.

Todd was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
