Fiery crash under investigation in Trigg County

A single vehicle crash on Kentucky 139 in Trigg County remains under investigation.

WKDZ reported the Trigg County Sheriff's Office as saying a truck was headed southbound when it ran off the road, overturned, and went down an embankment.  The vehicle, which was discovered on its top, had caught fire by the time witnesses found it.

Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree said the driver has not been located, but he had spoken with the driver's family and reported that he appeared to be uninjured.  The roadway was blocked for several hours.
