A Murray man arrested for an alleged DUI will face additional charges after a fight with a deputy.
Calloway County Sheriff's deputies were called Thursday night at about 7:30 p.m. when witnesses saw what appeared to be an impaired driver traveling along Redbud Road near Dexter. They caught up with 62-year-old Tim M. Graham of Murray and arrested him on a DUI charge.
Once they got Graham to the Calloway County Detention Center, deputies said that he refused to follow orders. Graham reportedly got involved in a fight with a deputy which resulted in an additional charge of assault with aggravating circumstances involving a police officer.
