FEMA application deadline is two weeks away

Residents in several westerm Kentucky counties affected by the Memorial Day weekend storms have two weeks remaining to apply for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The deadline to apply is September 23rd for homeowners and renters in Caldwell, Calloway,
Christian, Hopkins, Todd and Trigg counties who have loss and damage caused by the severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, landslides and mudslides.

To apply for assistance, call FEMA at 800-621-3362. You may also apply at DisasterAssistance.gov or download and use the FEMA app.
