An exotic African Serval cat is on the loose in Marshall County.
The 44-pound pet cat, named Tafari, escaped last Thursday from its home on Boone Hill Road between Sharpe and Palma.
The cat was spotted in the Sharpe area. The owner says it's not aggressive, but anyone that sees the feline is asked to not approach it. Instead, try to take a photo or video for positive identification and contact Sara Craig at 270-227-0727.
There is a reward for the cat's safe return.
Craig says Tafari is nocturnal. The cat is about knee height, 44 pounds, and has a short tail with stripes.
