An Eddyville woman was cited and then arrested after a pair of disturbance calls in consecutive days.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was called to a disturbance in Saratoga on Thursday afternoon at about 4:30 p.m. The dispute between a male and a female allegedly resulted in damage to the woman’s vehicle. During the course of the investigation, 33-year-old Laycee C. Hunter of Eddyville was determined to be driving on a suspended license. Hunter was cited for driving on a DUI-suspended license, but was not arrested since she was said to be fleeing from a domestic disturbance.

Deputies opened an investigation into the disturbance and the reported damage to the vehicle. That investigation is continuing, and charges are pending.

Then, on Friday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m., another disturbance was called in. This time it was in the parking lot of the Saratoga Methodist Church. Deputies found Hunter at the scene and charged her again with driving on a DUI-suspended license. The second charge in two days brought an arrest. Hunter was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center.
