Eddyville man arrested on drug charges following returned indictment

An Eddyville man was arrested Sunday morning on drug trafficking and other charges.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office said an indictment was served on 53-year-old Michael Conger around 10 am after an indictment was issued by a Lyon County grand jury.

Conger was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender.

He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
