Disturbance in hospital ER lands Barlow man in jail

A disturbance in a hospital emergency room has landed a Barlow man in jail.

Mayfield Police were called to the ER at Jackson Purchase Medical Center about a person reportedly acting in a disorderly manner to the alarm and concern of others at the facility. Police said they attempted to arrest 40-year-old Danny Blaylock of Barlow when he resisted being put in handcuffs. Blaylock was charged with public intoxication excluding alcohol, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Blaylock was taken to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center.
