Dexter car-dirt bike crash sends juvenile to hospital

A crash involving a car and a dirt bike in Dexter Friday sent a juvenile to a hospital.

According to Calloway County Fire and Rescue, the call was received just before 2:30 pm for the crash on McElrath Road.

At the scene, firefighters and Calloway County Sheriff's Deputies found a male juvenile injured in a ditch beside his dirt bike.

The juvenile was provided with first aid and then airlifted to a hospital for further treatment.

No other information about the crash has been released.
