Department of Energy to conduct emergency exercise Wednesday

The Department of Energy will conduct its annual emergency exercise Wednesday morning.

DoE made the announcement on Monday. They said the annual exercise would mean that those who live nearby might hear sirens or additional public address announcements.

The exercises are designed to enhance the training and preparation of the responders on the site.
