Damage to I-24 blocking a lane in Trigg and Christian County

Damage to the concrete along I-24 near the Trigg/Christian County line has a lane blocked.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has the eastbound right lane blocked between the 69 and 70-mile markers as the concrete has been breaking up in that area. A repair plan is being formulated, but there is no estimate on how long that lane will have to be blocked.

The closure could create delays between Cadiz and Hopkinsville.
