Crittenden man charged with father's murder

A Marion, Kentucky man is facing a murder charge after he allegedly shot his father.

State police were called to a home on Blackburn Church Road in Crittenden County on Monday after 37-year-old Timothy Paris reportedly called his brother and claimed he had shot his father, Jerry Paris.

Authorities said they arrived to the home and found Jerry dead from gunshot wounds.

Timothy was charged with murder and taken to the Crittenden County jail.
