UPDATE: Reports indicate one lane has reopened with traffic moving bumper to bumper.
Both lanes of I-24 westbound are blocked near mile marker 31 due to a crash near the Tennessee River Bridge work zone.
Initial reports indicate a collision involving a semi and a passenger vehicle.
Traffic is being rerouted off Grand Rivers Exit 31, to KY 453 South to U.S. 62 West to return to I-24 at Calvert City Exit 27.
Estimated duration is around four hours.
