Couple arrested on criminal abuse charges

Two residents were arrested Saturday at their residence on criminal abuse charges.

The Crittenden County Sheriff's Office jailed 33 year old Justin and 35 year old Brittany Petri on a charge of criminal abuse of a child under 12.

A home visit by DCBS and law enforcement was conducted following a report of suspected criminal abuse/neglect.  

Both were lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
