Counterfeit twenties reportedly circulating in Dawson Springs

Counterfeit twenty-dollar bills are reportedly circulating in Dawson Springs.

Dawson Springs Police were notified by three different businesses in the community that the fake bills were being passed. Officers located several of them in the businesses. Each bill had the word “REPLICA” on the front in a total of three places.

Police said if you encounter these bills, call them at 270-797-2277.
