Congressman James Comer honored a Carlisle County non-profit that supports WEst Kentucky families pursuing adoption and foster care on the House floor.

Earlier this week, Comer recognized Hope that Binds, a ministry supporting families pursuing adoption and foster care.

Comer said he is proud of his constituents Wendy Davis-Wilson, Jeff and Benita Davis, Brooke Kelly, and Gracie Reynolds for their significant contributions to this great organization.

"Belonging to a family is a natural and vital component of life, and every child deserves a loving and nurturing home, said Comer. "Hope That Binds' commitment to the gift and treasure of adoption is heartwarming and a great example of giving back."
