An indictment was handed down by a Caldwell County Grand Jury in an assault and strangulation case involving a Princeton man.

Princeton Police arrested Cory Daniel Patterson back in December after a call to an Apache Drive home about a domestic disturbance. Patterson was not at the home when they arrived. They tried to speak to him at Plum Street home, but Patterson jumped out a window and fled. He was eventually located and taken into custody.

Patterson is facing charges of assault, strangulation, unlawful imprisonment, fleeing or evading police, and terroristic threatening.
