According to WKDZ, the Trigg County Sheriff's Office says 25-year-old Jordan Shemwell and another man were in a verbal argument in Cadiz that led to Shemwell firing three shots.
The man was reportedly struck with bullet fragments, but refused medical attention.
Shemwell was arrested on an indictment warrant, charging him with terroristic threatening, discharging a firearm across a public roadway, assault, and wanton endangerment.
