A Benton woman is facing burglary and other charges after deputies were called to a home on Boatright Drive on Tuesday.

Marshall County Sheriff's deputies said 45-year-old Ashley Ramey entered the Boatright Drive home without permission. The resident and the children of the resident were in the home at the time. Ramey had also reportedly been told she was not to be at that address and is said to have admitted she knew that to the deputies. She was arrested at the scene.

A subsequent search warrant was issued for Ramey's residence. Deputies reportedly located and seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ramey was charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and possession of marijuana.
