A Barlow man was arrested on charges of trafficking in illegal drugs plus violations of his probation after a traffic stop in Ballard County on Saturday.
Deputies with the Ballard County Sheriff's Department stopped a vehicle for speeding in the early morning hours on Saturday. The driver, 29-year-old Brandon Willis of Barlow, was determined to have outstanding warrants in Ballard County, including the probation violations. The investigation also uncovered digital scales and a large amount of crystal-like substance deputies believe to be meth.
Willis was arrested on an indictment warrant, probation violations, and charged with trafficking in meth. He also faces a series of traffic-related offenses. Willis was taken to the Ballard County Detention Center.
