A small earthquake was recorded in Pulaski County in southern Illinois on Thursday morning.
According to the USGS preliminary report, the 2.0 magnitude tremor was recorded around 10:40 a.m. about 2 miles northeast of Ullin and 30 miles northwest of Paducah.
They said the earthquake had a depth of about 7 miles.
