20th Holiday Heroes blood drive starts Dec. 27

Paducah's 20th annual Holiday Heroes blood drive will take place over the weekend between Christmas and New Years.

The four-day event runs from Friday, Dec. 27 through Monday, Dec. 30. from 9am til 2pm daily at Concord United Methodist Church on Hinkleville Road.

All blood types are needed, especially O-negative. Those giving platelets are also specially urged to take part.

Those who come in will get an exclusive Red Cross long-sleeve t-shirt while supplies last.
