After a 10-year break, NASCAR is back for a fourth consecutive year at Nashville Superspeedway.

The return to the track came after Speedway Motorsports, Incorporated purchased the 1.33-mile concrete oval from Dover Entertainment, resurrecting the Lebanon, Tennessee facility. It's been a playground for some of the best in the sport as a couple of NASCAR Hall of Famers and 6 Cup Series Champions have graced its Victory Lane. Each winner collects one of the coolest trophies--a custom Gibson guitar.

Tickets are still available for race weekend. Nashville Superspeedway President Matt Greci told West Kentucky Star that on Friday and Saturday tickets for kids 12 and under are free. Tickets for kids on Sunday are $20. Get tickets at https://www.nashvillesuperspeedway.com/events/.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series kicks off the weekend on Friday night with the Rackley Roofing 200. Last year's race was won by Carson Hocevar, who then jumped from the Trucks straight to the Cup Series in a full-time ride with Spire Motorsports. There will be a lot of eyes on the Spire entry in the Truck race as FOX NASCAR Analyst and Cup Series winner Clint Bowyer straps the helmet back on for a one-off. Bowyer won at Nashville in the Xfinity Series back in 2005. "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz will also be in the field, on Friday. The race will be on FS2 at 7 p.m.

Then Saturday, the NASCAR Xfinity Series runs the Tennessee Lottery 250. A.J. Allmendinger got the job done for Kaulig Racing, last year. A who's who of NASCAR winners and champions have taken the checkers in the junior series. Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Carl Edwards, and Justin Allgaier all have Gibson guitars. Five Cup regulars will drop down and enter the race. Ty Gibbs, Tyler Reddick, John Hunter Nemechek, Noah Gragson, and last year's Ally 400 winner Ross Chastain will pull double duty. See the Xfinity race on USA Saturday at 4 p.m.

Sunday afternoon the Ally 400 takes the big stage. Two of the three winners of the race are two of the last three Cup Champions--Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott. Ross Chastain driving for Nashville-rooted Trackhouse Racing got the guitar last year. Lots of storylines to follow in this one as several drivers are looking for new opportunities for 2025. With the split between Tony Stweart and Gene Haas, Noah Gragson, Josh Berry, and Ryan Preece are all looking for rides. Rumors have Harrison Burton on the hot seat with the Wood Brothers. Joey Logano and Alex Bowman are looking for a return to form since their Penske and Hendrick teammates all have wins, this year. Coverage of the Ally 400 will be on NBC at 2:30 p.m.

We spoke with Nashville Superspeedway President Matt Greci about his background and what's coming up at the track. Hear that in its entirety by clicking here.
