The driver of a semi-truck had to be rescued after a crash on Sunday in Louisville left a tractor-trailer's cab dangling over an overpass.

Louisville Police said the driver of the semi lost control of the vehicle on I-65 and struck the rail of the bridge, causing the cab to hang over the rail with the driver inside.

Louisville firefighters rigged a crane with a high-point rope system to lower a rescuer into the cab. The rescue took about 30 minutes. No injuries were reported.

After the driver was rescued, it took crews about two hours to pull the cab back over the edge.
