Ballard WMA youth, military waterfowl hunts canceled this weekend due to drought

Western Kentucky's severe drought has caused extremely low water conditions in two
nearby Wildlife Management Areas. 

At the Ballard Wildlife Management Area, conditions prevent the youth-only waterfowl
hunt this Saturday and the veterans and active-duty military waterfowl
hunting day this Sunday.

The events will not be rescheduled.
