A call on Saturday about an impaired driver led to a Marshall County woman's arrest for DUI and wanton endangerment.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said they received a call that Amanda Patterson had been asked to leave Kentucky Shores and was reportedly seen pulling out in front of oncoming traffic on US 641.
Deputies saw Patterson and pulled her over at a gas station in Draffenville, where they say they found a small child in the back seat sitting next to a child restraint device that was not properly secured.
After a field sobriety test, Patterson was arrested and charged with DUI, wanton endangerment, operating on a suspended operators license, failure to surrender revoked operators license.
Deputies said the child was released to a relative.
