Wanted Paducah man arrested on meth charge

A wanted Paducah man was arrested on drug and other charges Wednesday morning.

Deputies stopped a vehicle on Husband Road for an alleged traffic violation and learned the driver, 44-year-old Freddy J. Allen, had active warrants out of Carlisle County.

Deputies searched the vehicle, allegedly leading to the discovery of methamphetamine.

Allen was arrested and taken to the McCracken County jail.
