Wanted McCracken County man arrested for drugs while walking on Lovelaceville Road

A wanted McCracken County man was arrested on Thursday after he was reportedly walking along Lovelaceville Road.

Callers alerted the McCracken County Sheriff's Office about a man allegedly acting strangely and walking dangerously close to traffic. Deputies located the man, identified as 34-year-old Zachary Marlar. 

Marlar had two active arrest warrants, one from McCracken County and the other from Scott County. Marlar was served the warrants and arrested. 

During the arrest, deputies allegedly discovered Marlar was in possession of methamphetamine. He was also charged with public intoxication.
