Wanted Calloway woman charged with impersonating officer

A wanted New Concord woman will face additional charges after alleged claims she was a federal agent.

Calloway County deputies responded Sunday afternoon to a home in New Concord to serve an out-of-state warrant on 43-year-old Tina Cozart.

While speaking with authorities, Cozart allegedly claimed several times that she was an undercover federal agent.

After it was determined she was not an agent, she was served with the warrant and additionally charged with impersonating a peace officer.
