Union City woman injured in two vehicle accident

Mayfield Police said the accident took place around noon on KY 45 North in front of FiveStar.

It was learned a northbound vehicle operated by 35-year-old Sandra Prejean of Union City, TN collided with the rear of a stopped semi truck driven by 61-year-old Jeffrey Adams of Adams, TN.

Prejean was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
