Two arrested on drug charge in Benton

Two people were arrested in Benton on drug charges on Saturday in Benton.

Benton Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation on 5th Street.  A search of the vehicle produced a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 

The driver, Bobbie Reynolds of Mayfield, and her passenger, Malisa Johnson of Calvert City were both arrested and taken the Marshall County Jail. 

Reynolds was also found to have an active warrant out of Graves County.
