A pair of Lyon County juveniles were arrested in connection with the use of a stolen credit card.
Deputies said a credit card belonging to an elderly woman from Crittenden County had been used to make several purchases in Lyon County since January. Investigation of the unapproved transactions led to a 13-year-old male from Eddyville.
Sheriff Brent White caught up to the juvenile in the parking lot of a Kuttawa business after trying to use the card again. The boy reportedly had the card in his hand when he stopped him outside the business. The 13-year-old was charged with felony complicity to commit fraudulent use of a credit card over $1,000 but under $10,000.
The next day, a second juvenile, a 14-year-old from Eddyville, was charged with the same felony complicity to commit fraudulent use of a credit card.
The two boys are accused of racking up over $2,300 in fraudulent charges on the woman's credit card.
