Dexter men arrested on drug charges after a search

A search of a home in Dexter on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of two men on drug charges.

Calloway County Sheriff's deputies said when they entered the home they saw 55-year-old Anthony Regan allegedly try to dispose of a baggie possibly containing meth. They also located 43-year-old Jeffrey Gipson in the home, also allegedly in possession of meth.

Evidence collected in the search reportedly suggested that Regan was trafficking in methamphetamine.

Regan was charged with trafficking in meth and tampering with physical evidence. Gipson was charged with meth possession.
