Kentucky State Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man who has an active warrant for his arrest from a 2024 crash that killed three people in Livingston County.

On July 29, 2024, a semi traveling on I-24 in Livingston County failed to slow down when approaching a bridge construction area which had been reduced to one lane.

The driver of the semi was Mansur Kholikov of Brooklyn, New York.

The semi struck multiple vehicles, triggering secondary collisions involving at least five vehicles.

Killed in the crash were 68-year-old Saundra Dodd of Evansville and her grandchildren, 6-year-old Tallulah Dodd and 8-year-old Pele Doerter. Their vehicle was reportedly engulfed in flames when first responders arrived.

Two other people were airlifted to out-of-state hospitals, and several more victims were transported to local hospitals. Kholikov reportedly was not injured.

Last month a Post 1 detective presented the case to a Livingston County Grand Jury.

On Friday, Kentucky State Police were notified that Kholikov has been indicted for three counts of reckless homicide. He has an active warrant for his arrest.

KSP asks anybody with information about Kholikov’s whereabouts to contact them by calling 270-856-3721 or submitting a tip through the KSP website.
