Traffic stop leads to arrest of Benton man

A Benton man was arrested Thursday following a traffic stop.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 40 year old Justin Hardy was arrested on a criminal complaint
warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charges of fleeing or evading police (on foot), disregarding stop sign, careless driving and operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

Hardy was also served warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of probation violation and failure to appear. 

Hardy was also served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
