A Wednesday morning traffic accident leads to an arrest in Crittenden County.
The Crittenden County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to an accident on Kentucky 91 where it was determined 24-year-old Daniel Hopkins left the scene.
With the help of Marion Police, Hopkins was located at a local business and arrested. He was found found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Hopkins was charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating on suspended operators license, and failure of owner to maintain insurance.
Hopkins was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
