Three people were arrested on drug-related charges in Clinton after an undercover investigation.

After receiving numerous complaints of drug activity, the River Counties Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at a home on North Jefferson Street.

In the days leading up to the search warrant, undercover officers purchased methamphetamine from the residence.

The Task Force arrested Michael West, who lived at the residence. West also had an active arrest warrant out of Graves County.

Also arrested at the residence was Katelin Smart. During a search, more meth was located along with digital scales and drug paraphernalia. Prerecorded buy money that undercover officers used to purchase meth was also recovered.

Wednesday night, David Strange, who was not at the residence at the time of the search, was arrested and found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
