Three Georgia residents were arrested Friday on forgery and drug charges.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office began its investigation Tuesday into a crime known as "Operation Homeless", which involves individuals going from town to town and taking business checks from exterior mailboxes in the community.

A traffic stop was conducted after detectives saw a vehicle pull into a local business parking lot where an individual entered a vehicle.

The search of the vehicle yielded suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia, multiple schedule two narcotics, computers, light tracing equipment, a portable printer and multiple forms of blank business check stock.

Arrested were 26 year old Enriqque Johnson, 24 year old Jahbril Kelley and 26 year old Dontavis Sellars all of Ellenwood, GA.  All three were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
