A Tennessee man was arrested Thursday night after a handgun was fired outside a Paducah nightclub.
Paducah Police said they were called about 10:25 p.m. to the nightclub on Olivet Church Road, where a witness said two people had been fighting.
Officers said while conducting their investigation, a man wearing a red shirt was identified as 30-year-old Cody Teneyck of Paris, Tenn. Police said Teneyck agreed to an interview and admitted to allegedly firing several shots in the parking lot.
Teneyck was arrested on a charge of wanton endangerment and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
