Storm sewer replacement at Jefferson and Joe Clifton Drive

A storm sewer replacement project will slow traffic at Jefferson and Joe Clifton drive, this week.

Crews discovered the need to replace a pipe in the storm sewer system while milling and paving along Jefferson. According to the City of Paducah, Jim Smith Contracting will handle the project. The plan is to keep at least one southbound lane of traffic open during the work.

The storm sewer replacement is expected to take about a week.
