A small earthquake was recorded Friday afternoon in Lake County, Tennessee.
According to the USGS at the University of Memphis, the 2.1 quake occurred at 3:17 pm, and was centered about one mile north of Ridgely.
Four reports of having felt the tremor had been received as of Saturday, even though 2.5 is generally the strength of a quake that is able to be felt by humans.
No damage from this earthquake has been reported.
