A second person has been charged in connection with a fatal fire in May that claimed the life of an Almo woman.

The Murray Ledger and Times reported Tuesday 49-year-old Jason C. Rosson of Almo was charged with tampering with physical evidence and intimidating a participant in the legal process following the investigation into a May 19th mobile home fire at 297 Saddlebrook Lane that claimed the life of 61-year-old Lisa Bebber.

During arraignment Tuesday, Rosson's bond was set at $20,000.  Another man, 63-year-old Jody Smith of Almo had already been arrested in connection with the fire.

Investigators with the Calloway County Sheriff's Office say more charges are pending.
